I’m so glad you’re here! At The Plowman Table, we do a lot of things… we laugh, eat, learn, share stories, cry, and sometimes all of the above. At our table we are family!
I wanted to write this blog to share some of my best days with you. Those days are the ones filled with messes and giggles with my kids, quiet moments with my hubby and cup of coffee, and friends and family gathered around.
It is my heart to share ideas with you for how to gather your people around your table. We don’t live in a mansion here; in fact we live in the suburbs and are trying to get creative making room for more. But… it’s the heart that makes the house a home. And it’s your heart that will make the memories with your family and your friend. Not the size nor the budget you have to make your house “beautiful”.
Happiness, homelife, and hospitality are the things we share.
So pull up a chair, and come sit awhile at our table. Here, you’re family!
Warmest Welcome,
Chelsea

A little more about me…
My name is Chelsea Plowman. I’m a wife, a momma of 4 + 1 coming home soon (we are adopting internationally), chicken and bunny mom, and leopard gecko granny.
I’m a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom and side-hustle baker. Quilting, sewing, coffee, and food are my love languages.
I’m believer in King Jesus Christ; He has made me who I am today.
You’ll find I wear a lot of hats so there’s always something to talk about, haha! You never know what’s happening at our table.
Georgia on my mind, is where my hometown is. Since being married I’ve lived in several states, some in the midwest and now back in the south. It’s amazing how different the culture and hospitality are just a state apart from each other! We have been blessed to make lifelong friends in all of the places we’ve called home, and I’ve gleaned so much from all of my homemaker friends along the way. I’ve learned how to live simply but also enjoy special times for finer things. No matter where we’ve lived, what size budget or house we had, I’ve always found a lifegiving joy having friends and family over. And that’s what I want to share with you!
